What You'll Bring:

• Confidence to lead conversations and nail outcomes. 😎
• 2 years of agency experience? (Bonus points! 😉)
• Solid skills in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 📱
• Video and image editing wizardry (Canva, CapCut, etc.). 🎨
• Ability to manage client accounts like a pro (or get there fast!). 💼
• Hands-on paid Meta ads experience? (Another bonus! 💸)
• Based in or near Milton Keynes. 📍
• Driving license and your own vehicle. 🚗

Entry Requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths & English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• No existing qualifications at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
• We'll consider combinations of qualifications and experience! 💡
• International qualifications need official comparison docs. 🌍

Working Hours:

• Full-time, initially hybrid (office Thursdays/Fridays, home Mon-Wed). 🏠🏢
• Becomes full-time office-based in Milton Keynes after probation.
• 9am - 5pm (flexible start, but no later than 9am). ⏰
• Part-time hours are negotiable.

Future Prospects:

Our apprentices have a 90% chance of securing permanent roles post-apprenticeship – that’s 20% higher than the national average! 💯
