What you'll be doing:
- Leading the Fun: Plan and deliver awesome sports and physical activity sessions for all sorts of people in our community. Think youth clubs, holiday camps, and local outreach programs! π₯³
- Inspiring Others: Help create and run projects that get inactive groups moving, boost wellbeing, and promote social inclusion. We're all about bringing people together! π€
- Building Connections: Work with schools, youth groups, charities, councils, and other local organisations to spread the word about getting active. π
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Support and collaborate with volunteers and assistant coaches. You'll be a key part of our supportive team! π
- Spreading the Word: Promote our amazing activities and get everyone involved. We need your energy to drive participation! β¨
- Making it Accessible: Adapt sessions to suit different ages, abilities, and needs. Everyone gets a chance to play! π
- Measuring Success: Help track attendance, collect feedback, and see the awesome impact our programs are having. π
- Getting the Word Out: Assist with marketing campaigns to make sure everyone knows about our exciting sessions and events. π£
- Creating Safe Spaces: Ensure our environments are always safe, inclusive, and welcoming for absolutely everyone. β€οΈ
- Behind the Scenes: Handle administrative tasks to help us plan, monitor, and evaluate everything we do. π
