Automation & AI Support Analyst 🤖✨

What you'll do:

• Dive deep into business processes, spotting opportunities to automate, integrate AI, or streamline workflows. 💡
• Get hands-on with designing, building, and testing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) bots using cutting-edge platforms. 💻
• Help craft AI-powered solutions – think smart workflows, document processing wizards 📄, helpful chatbots 💬, prompt engineering, co-pilot features, and decision-support tools.
• Translate business needs into clear process maps, user stories, and test scripts. 📝
• Maintain and update existing automations and scripts with guidance.
• Keep an eye on bot performance, troubleshoot any hiccups, and support issue resolution. 🕵️‍♀️
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure our automations are top-notch, reliable, and accurate. ✅
• Collaborate with business users to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement. 🌱
• Maintain essential documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and user guides. 📚
• Support critical governance, security, and compliance tasks, including data protection and responsible AI principles. 🔒
• Participate actively in project meetings, workshops, and sprint reviews. 🗣️
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest automation, AI, and low-code/no-code technologies. 🧠

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, AI support or workflow improvement
• Support the design, build, testing and deployment of RPA bots using approved automation platforms
• Help develop AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent workflows, document processing, chatbots, prompts, co-pilot or decision-support tools
• Maintain and update existing bots, workflows and automation scripts under supervision
• Carry out testing, validation and quality checks to ensure automations are reliable, accurate and fit for purpose
