• Requirement Translator: Turn business needs into crystal-clear process maps, user stories, test plans, and documentation. 📝
• Bot Guardian: Keep our existing bots and workflows in top shape, updating them and making sure they're running smoothly, all under expert guidance. 🛠️
• Performance Patrol: Keep an eye on bot performance, jump on any issues, and help us fix them fast. 🔍
• Quality Champion: Conduct tests and checks to ensure our automations are solid, accurate, and exactly what our business users need. ✅
• Feedback Fanatic: Connect with our business users to collect their awesome ideas and spot opportunities for even more improvement. 🗣️
• Knowledge Keeper: Maintain and update all our important documentation, guides, and procedures. 📚
• Compliance Captain: Help us stay on the right side of rules and regulations, from data privacy to responsible AI. 🔒
