• Access Controller: Collaborating with our HR and data teams to ensure only the right people have access to our local and cloud services. Security is key! 🔐
• Digital Guardian: Keeping a close eye on web filtering, anti-virus software, and other monitoring tools to protect our systems. 🛡️
• Network Navigator: Maintaining our wired and wireless network infrastructure, making sure it's secure and accessible only to authorized users. 📶
• System Auditor: Conducting regular audits and health checks on our on-site resources to keep everything in tip-top shape. ✅
• Advanced Troubleshooter: Tackling more complex challenges like software installations, hardware malfunctions, and system/server configurations. 🔧
