Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards
• Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance
• Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required
• Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service
