  • Keep our manager in the loop about anything important โ€“ like a child's health or well-being, parent concerns, or equipment safety โ€“ always with confidentiality as a top priority. ๐Ÿคซ
  • Inspire and educate children through play, providing the perfect level of support and exciting learning experiences. ๐Ÿง 
  • Ensure children's safety is always number one, and know exactly how to follow child protection procedures. ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ
  • Jump into team meetings, one-on-one supervision, and performance reviews with energy and input. ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a key person to children, liaising with parents/carers to ensure individual needs are met.
  • Teach children, offering appropriate support and stimulating play experiences.
  • Ensure children's safety and follow child protection procedures.
  • Advise the manager of concerns regarding the well-being of children/parents or equipment safety.
  • Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for personal development.
