- Guardian of Well-being: Keep your eyes and ears open for anything that might affect a child's health, happiness, or the safety of our environment. You'll report any concerns to the manager, always respecting confidentiality. π€«

- Safety First Champion: Your top priority is keeping our children safe. You'll be well-versed in child protection procedures and know exactly when and how to implement them. π‘οΈ

- Act as a key person to children, liaising with parents/carers.
- Advise manager of concerns regarding child well-being or safety.
- Teach and support children through stimulating play experiences.
