As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be a key player in our awesome team. We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a good grasp of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – basically, knowing how to help kids learn and grow! πŸ“š
  • Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection. Your priority is keeping everyone safe! πŸ›‘οΈ
  • Can dream up and deliver exciting, engaging learning experiences that are perfect for the kids' ages and stages. Get ready for some creative fun! πŸŽ¨πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ
  • Loves building strong, positive connections with both the children and their families. Building trust is key! πŸ₯°
  • Can rock it both solo and as part of a brilliant team. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🀝

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Teaming up with your colleagues to deliver the absolute best care and education for our children, fostering great relationships with staff and parents. 🌟
  • Chatting with nursery staff about each child's unique needs. πŸ’¬
  • Keeping our nursery a safe, super clean, and healthy spot for everyone. βœ…
  • Following all of PIPS's policies and procedures to ensure smooth sailing. πŸ“œ
  • Bringing your brilliant ideas to planning sessions to make sure children are getting awesome learning and development opportunities. πŸ’‘
  • Always sticking to health and safety and environmental health standards. Safety first! πŸ’―
