What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring every child's needs are met β that means their education, social skills, physical development, emotional well-being, and overall health are top priority! β
- Jumping into activities with the kids to spark their curiosity and boost their learning. Think creative play, exciting games, and engaging discussions! π¨β½
- Showing genuine care and understanding towards both the children and their families. We're building a community here! π€
- Welcoming new children and helping them settle in smoothly during their admission and induction. π
- Keeping our records organised and up-to-date, making sure we meet all our important standards (like EYDCP and Ofsted). π
- Being a champion for health and safety β we want everyone to feel secure and well-cared for. π‘οΈ
- Responding quickly and effectively to any health and safety concerns that pop up, and letting management know about anything important. π¨
- Joining in on training sessions and team meetings to help us all grow and improve. π
- Taking on other responsibilities as needed, because teamwork makes the dream work! π€

Key responsibilities
- Following appropriate policies, procedures and systems, ensuring the welfare needs of children are met
- Becoming involved in childrenβs activities to stimulate and extend their learning
- Assisting in the admission and induction of new children
- Assisting in the maintenance of all necessary records
- Taking an active role in the promotion of excellent health and safety practices and responding to issues
