Job Title: OEM Account Coordinator 🚀
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the Go-To Person for Clients: Handle incoming questions from our OEM clients, whether they call, email, or drop by. You'll be the first point of contact, making sure their needs are understood and passed on to the right teams. 📞📧
- Keep Orders Moving Smoothly: Work hand-in-hand with our manufacturing and design departments to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You'll be a key player in making sure our clients are happy with their deliveries. 📦💨
- Master the Order Book: Keep our order book and lists up-to-date. This is crucial for generating regular reports for our OEM clients, keeping everyone in the loop. 📊
- Boost Our Customer Relationships: Help build and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Accurate records mean better communication and support for our global network. 🌐
- Manage the Price Book: Keep our OEM pricelists and price book organized and current on SharePoint. This ensures everyone has access to the latest pricing information. 💰
- Craft Winning Proposals: Use our templates and software to create professional quotations and proposals. You'll make sure all commercial and technical details are clearly presented to our customers. 🏆
- Keep Marketing Materials Fresh: Maintain our department's literature and templates, ensuring revision control is in place so we're always using the most current information. ✨
- Support Our Sales Superstars: Assist our UK sales engineers who focus on the OEM market. This might even involve occasional site visits to build strong relationships with our OEM clients. 🤝
- Manage Financial Allocations: Maintain records for credit splits and financial allocations to ensure the correct funds are distributed to AES engineers and branches for OEM sales. 💸
