Business Administrator Apprentice 🚀

Are you a motivated and organised self-starter ready to dive into a fast-paced environment? Fairfield Residential Homes is looking for you to join our supportive team as a Business Administrator Apprentice! This is your chance to gain valuable experience in a role that makes a real difference. ✨

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing essential admin support across the board 📝
  • Handling calls, emails, and enquiries like a pro 📞📧
  • Keeping our records super accurate (both digital and paper) 📂
  • Helping out with staff recruitment, onboarding, and training admin 🧑‍💼
  • Drafting letters, reports, and meeting notes ✍️
  • Assisting with important compliance and audit docs ✔️
  • Managing our filing systems and office supplies 📦
  • Supporting managers with scheduling, appointments, and data tasks 🗓️
  • Making sure all confidential info stays safe and sound 🔒

What you'll need:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own car 🚗
  • Strong organisation and detail-oriented skills 🎯
  • Good with numbers and comfortable using Excel 🔢💻
