What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring medicines are supplied safely and accurately, working hand-in-hand with our pharmacists. ๐ฆ
- Giving helpful advice to patients on their prescriptions and over-the-counter meds, and knowing when to call in the pros. ๐ฃ๏ธ
- Keeping the pharmacy running smoothly, from stock management to ensuring everything is up to scratch. ๐ฏ
- As you grow, you'll have the chance to mentor and support other team members. ๐ฑ
- Helping train new faces to the team. ๐ค
- Boosting our services by auditing, checking our performance, and listening to feedback. โ
Your Apprenticeship Journey:

- Upon completion, you'll be eligible to register with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). โจ

Key responsibilities
- Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately
- Providing personโcentred advice to patients on prescription and overโtheโcounter medicines, referring to healthcare professionals where appropriate
- Supporting the dayโtoโday running of the pharmacy, including business processes, stock control and clinical governance
- Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress in the role
- Assisting with training and mentoring new members of staff
