Ready to dive into the exciting world of digital content and social media? BMT is looking for a motivated individual to join our team and help us create awesome content! 📱💻 This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Content Creation: ✍️📸🎥 Bring our BMT story to life! You'll create engaging written content, eye-catching visuals, and dynamic videos for our digital platforms. Think showcasing our cutting-edge AV and telecommunications solutions, capturing awesome photos and videos of our completed projects, and producing snappy short-form videos for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. You'll also be editing photos and videos to make them shine and designing cool graphics for social media and marketing. Plus, you'll get to transform existing content into fresh new formats! ✨
• Social Media Support: 🌐 Help us build and boost BMT's presence online! You'll be involved in creating and scheduling social media posts, crafting content about our latest projects and services, and keeping up with industry trends to spot new opportunities. You'll also monitor how our content performs, help us connect with more people, and jump into relevant industry conversations. 🗣️
• Website & Digital Content: 🖱️ Keep our website looking fresh and informative! You'll help create and update content on our service pages, blogs, and project updates. We've got a solid portfolio and case studies already, and you'll play a key role in building even more engaging digital stories around our amazing customer projects. Accuracy, relevance, and engagement are key! You'll also help us create content that's great for search engines (SEO). 🔍
• Video & Photography: 🎬📸 Get hands-on with capturing video and photos of our installations and customer projects. You'll help us create "behind-the-scenes" content, film customer and team interviews, produce product demos, and make educational videos that break down complex technology into easy-to-understand pieces. Editing footage into both short and long-form content will be part of the fun, and you'll help keep our digital assets organised. 📁
• Campaigns & Marketing: 📣 Support our marketing campaigns from planning to execution. You'll help develop content calendars around key campaigns and events, create promotional content for our solutions, and assist with email marketing and digital communications. Your content will help raise awareness, drive engagement, and generate enquiries! You'll work with our team to understand our audience and create content that truly resonates. 🎯
• Industry & Competitor Research: 📈 Stay ahead of the curve! You'll research the latest in AV, telecommunications, and workplace technology, keep an eye on what competitors are up to, and identify new content ideas. Exploring emerging technologies and topics relevant to our customers will be a key part of your role, helping us explain complex tech in a simple and engaging way. 💡

GCSE in: (3 more other than English and Maths (grade A*-C/ 9-4), English (grade A*-C/ 9-4), Maths (grade A*-C/ 9-4))
