As a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice, you'll be at the heart of our pharmacy, supporting the daily operations, helping our customers, and working closely with our amazing team to deliver a safe and efficient service. You'll also be working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with all the training and support you need to succeed. 🎓
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:
- 👋 Greeting and assisting customers at the medicines counter, answering their questions.
- 💊 Helping prepare and dispense prescriptions (always with supervision, of course!).
- 📦 Managing stock, accepting deliveries, and keeping our records ship-shape.
- 💻 Using our pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
- 🧼 Maintaining a super clean and safe pharmacy environment, keeping everything confidential.
- 🤝 Collaborating with the team to provide top-notch customer service.
