• Boosting residents' happiness and engagement through fun activities and socialising. 🎉
• Always upholding residents' dignity, privacy, and respect. ✨
• Helping to keep living spaces clean, safe, and comfy with light housekeeping duties. 🏡
• Building awesome relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members. 🤗
• Following all procedures for safeguarding, health & safety, and infection prevention. ✅
• Accurately documenting and reporting any changes in residents' health or wellbeing. 📝

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in line with each resident's individual care plan
• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility and promote their independence wherever possible
• Encourage and support residents' emotional wellbeing through meaningful activities and social interaction
• Accurately record and report any changes in residents' health or wellbeing
