Community Activator Coach - Apprentice

About the role

Join our team as a Community Activator Coach! 🚀 Ready to level up your career in sport and fitness? This is your chance to dive into the world of community sport, helping us grow our awesome dry-side activities like Multi-Sports. 🤸‍♀️ You'll be planning epic sessions, giving feedback to participants and their parents, and helping out around the centre – think setting up equipment, working in our extreme zones, and even soft play! 🧸 Sometimes you'll be on reception or doing outreach, too.

Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared for roles like: Community Sports Health Officer, Outreach Officer, Lead Activity Officer, Health & Wellbeing Lead, and Sports Development Assistant. 🌟

• Awesome mix of face-to-face and online sessions every 4-6 weeks to track your progress. 💻
• On-the-job and off-the-job training, including cool workshops and webinars. 📚
• Regular check-ins (every 12 weeks) with your Line Manager and dedicated Learning Coach. 🤝
• Opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed. 💯
