Your day-to-day will be hands-on โ€“ think helping with personal care, getting dressed, cooking up a storm, and keeping the pads looking sharp. ๐Ÿงผ Youโ€™ll also be the chauffeur for some seriously fun outings! ๐Ÿš— Get ready for horse riding ๐ŸŽ, smashing it at the gym ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ, making waves at the pool ๐ŸŠ, catching flicks at the cinema ๐ŸŽฌ, chilling with reflexology, exploring the town ๐ŸŒƒ, hitting up nightclubs ๐ŸŽ‰, and visiting an awesome activity farm! ๐Ÿ‘

You'll also be a pro at assisting with medication ๐Ÿ’Š and keeping awesome records. Don't worry, weโ€™ve got your back with full training! ๐ŸŽ“

Cracking communication skills are key ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ, as you'll be working from personalised support plans and chatting with professionals, families ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ, and your squad. While youโ€™ll be working independently, you'll have an amazing, experienced team and supportive parents who are super involved and will totally guide and train you. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Key responsibilities

  • Support adults with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Facilitate engagement in community-based and in-house activities, including driving to various locations.
  • Assist individuals with medication administration.
  • Maintain accurate records of support provided.
  • Liaise with professionals, family members, and team members regarding person-centred support plans.
