Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating service cycle, products, and special offers.
- Provide personalised recommendations that cater to specific guest needs and preferences.
- Provide a fast and efficient service, handling any guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and complete assigned learning modules.
