As a Chef Apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting delicious food to our high brand standards. You'll learn to manage kitchen operations, handle guest requests, and maintain impeccable cleanliness. Plus, you'll contribute to team meetings and ensure our guests have amazing dining experiences. ๐ŸŒŸ

We offer a full-time, 15-month Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship delivered entirely through on-the-job training, supported by a dedicated Learner Coach and an in-work mentor. ๐Ÿ“š You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification and essential functional skills in English and maths if needed.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail.
  • Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process.
  • Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
  • Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
