What you'll be doing:

• Assisting and coaching at ECiC-led sessions – you'll be the energy behind our events! ✨
• Building awesome relationships with participants and making them feel welcome. 🤗
• Helping to plan and promote exciting new sessions and programs. 📣
• Forging and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders and external agencies. 🤝
• Capturing essential data through monitoring, evaluation, and session recordings. 📊
• Attending all scheduled supervision, team meetings, and training events – learning is key! 📚
• Boosting your skills through continuous professional development (CPD) and training activities. 🧠
• Taking on other reasonable duties as requested by your manager.

What you'll gain:

• Hands-on experience as a Community Activator Coach. 🌟
• A Level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification upon successful completion of the 15-month apprenticeship. 🏆

Key responsibilities

• Assist and coach at sessions run by ECiC
• Develop positive relationships with participants at sessions
• Help plan and promote sessions and programmes within ECiC
• Establish, maintain and develop effective partnership working with stakeholders
• Complete monitoring, evaluation and session recordings using internal and external systems
