Your Apprenticeship Journey:

No boring college classes here! 🎓 Your training is all on-the-job, with a mix of in-person sessions and virtual catch-ups every 6 weeks with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach. Plus, you’ll have a workplace mentor cheering you on! You'll also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed, with personalized support. We’ll check in every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your coach for feedback and growth.
