• Medication Support: Gently reminding and helping clients to take their prescribed medications according to their care plans. 💊
• Meals & Nutrition: Preparing healthy meals, supporting clients with eating and drinking, and assisting with light grocery shopping. 🍎
• Household Support: Helping with light domestic tasks like laundry, tidying up, and ensuring the living space is safe and comfortable. 🏠
• Companionship & Community: Offering emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations, and helping clients participate in social activities and community outings. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care tasks like washing, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
