Key responsibilities

  • Supporting children with child-led, outdoor learning and exploration
  • Getting involved in nature activities, gardening, messy play, creative activities and adventures
  • Supporting children's play, development and individual interests
  • Helping with meals, snacks, promoting healthy eating and supporting sleep/rest routines
  • Helping maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment and supporting personal care
