Apprentice Production Operative 🚀 | MSA Foams

Ready to dive into the world of manufacturing and become a foam pro? 🤩 MSA Foams is looking for motivated individuals to join our Production team as Apprentices! This isn't just a job; it's your chance to get hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in manufacturing. 💪

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be rotating through all areas of our production process, spending approximately three months in each department to level up your skills and gain a broad understanding of how we bring our products to life. Your day-to-day tasks will change as you move through each rotation. 🔄

Get ready to explore:

  • Material Preparation: Transforming raw foam sheets into the perfect shapes for what's next. ✂️
  • CNC Machining: Mastering high-precision, automated shaping with cutting-edge technology. 🤖
  • Print Application: Adding those eye-catching graphics and visual enhancements. 🎨
  • Final Assembly & Finishing: Bringing all the pieces together and perfecting the final look. ✨

Beyond the core production, you'll also learn about crucial aspects like Health & Safety 🚨 and Quality Assurance ✅ to ensure we're always producing the best.

Your Journey Starts Here:

We kick things off with a 12-week intensive program at Bournemouth and Poole College 🏫 to get you fully up to speed on all the tools and techniques used in manufacturing. Once you've crushed that, it's full steam ahead with your Apprenticeship at MSA! 💯
