Your Role - The Exciting Stuff!

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be at the buzzing centre of our store! 🌟 Your day-to-day will be all about:

• Serving our amazing customers with a genuine smile 😊
• Shouting about our incredible Star Buys and latest products 📣
• Making sure every customer leaves feeling fantastic and confident!
• Keeping our store looking on-point and fully stocked 📦
• Playing a vital part in smashing our store targets! 🎯

This is a super hands-on role where you'll be moving and learning constantly. No two days are the same, and you'll gain a ton of experience. We see our Apprentice Sales Assistants as our future Team Leaders, so we're committed to helping you grow with top-notch training and real opportunities to climb the ladder. 🪜

Your Training Journey (No boring lectures! 🚫📚)

Your training will happen right here in the store for the first 12 months. Think learning by doing, with support every step of the way! At the end, you'll have a discussion about what you've learned and a quick observation to show off your skills. You'll achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship with the help of your team and your dedicated tutor.

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland).
• Are not currently in education and can commit to full-time hours.
• HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before (this is your first!).
• Are legally allowed to work in the UK. 🇬🇧
• Are completely new to the world of retail! 👋
