What You'll Be Doing:
Under the guidance of our experienced team, you'll be involved in all aspects of childcare. This includes helping with feeding, washing, and changing β the essential stuff that keeps our little ones happy and healthy. πΌπ§Ό
You'll also be a Key Worker for a small group of children. This means building strong bonds, understanding their unique needs, and recording observations to help them learn and grow. You'll be a crucial part of their developmental journey! ππ‘
Your role will involve assisting with the personal and emotional needs of each child, making sure they feel safe, secure, and loved. β€οΈ
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children β their safety is our top priority! π‘οΈ
- Help create a positive and engaging atmosphere for learning and play.
- Provide personal care as needed.
- Be a supportive Key Worker, observing and planning for your assigned children.
- Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures β we keep things professional and safe! π
