  • Being a go-to person: Act as a key worker for a small group of children, getting to know them, noting their progress 📝, and planning fun activities just for them.
  • Supporting development: Be there for each child's unique emotional and personal needs, offering a listening ear and a helping hand. 🤗
  • Keeping everyone safe: Your top priority is to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children. Your watchful eye is crucial! 🛡️
  • Following the rules: Get to know and stick to our nursery's policies and procedures – it's all about creating a safe and consistent experience. 💯
  • Hitting deadlines: Manage your tasks effectively to meet the timelines set by your Showcase Tutor. ⏰
