Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Forget boring lectures! Our apprenticeships are all about hands-on, work-based training. You’ll connect with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks via video calls and get invaluable support from your in-work mentor. Plus, if you need it, we’ll help you nail your Functional Skills in English and Maths. Regular reviews every 12 weeks will keep you on track and ensure you're always growing. 🌱

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
• Ensure team members know their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience.
