Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No need to hit the books at college! 📚 Our apprenticeships are all about hands-on, work-based learning. You'll connect with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach via face-to-face sessions and remote calls every 6 weeks, plus have a go-to mentor right here at work. You'll also gain essential Functional Skills in English and maths if needed, with support tailored just for you. We'll have regular reviews every 12 weeks with your coach and line manager to track your progress and provide feedback.

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
