*Note: You will be working towards your Marston's Academy Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification over 15 months.*
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team
- Work with wider pub management team to ensure efficient and profitable business operations
- Perform opening and closing duties, stocking, and cashing up
- Act as a role model for customer service
- Ensure the smooth running of shifts and manage all aspects of the pub when wider management is away
