What you'll be doing:

• Building awesome connections with the kids, your fellow team members, and their parents to deliver top-notch service for our families. 🤝
• Making sure every child is happy and safe, creating a super supportive and secure environment for them to thrive in. 🌱
• Protecting all children in our care and acting super fast if any child protection concerns pop up. 🛡️
• Observing, monitoring, and helping out with fun activities and learning experiences tied to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). 📚
• Keeping track of children's progress and achievements, including recording activities, meals, and any medication given. 📝
• Understanding and meeting the unique needs of each child, being mindful of disabilities, family backgrounds, and medical histories. 💖
• Learning and keeping our nursery standards sky-high. 🚀
• Helping out with serving food to the children and making sure any specific dietary needs are always met. 🍎

Key responsibilities
