Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator 🚀

Are you a detail-oriented whiz ready to dive into the world of business operations? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth running of our supply chain processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Issuing, gathering, and keeping our Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Sub-Contractor compliance reports up-to-date. 📈
  • Chasing down outstanding invoices and managing credit control to ensure timely payments. 💰
  • Completing credit account application and opening forms – helping us onboard new partners! ✅
  • Producing essential spend reports to track our financial activities. 📊
  • Maintaining and updating our InSite Supply Chain page with the latest information. 🌐
  • Collating monthly data to assist in the production of regional board reports. 📄
  • Managing and responding to supply chain enquiries, ensuring clear and efficient communication. 🗣️
  • Generating regular and ad hoc reports for management, providing key insights. 💡
  • Providing general administrative support to the team, keeping everything organized and running smoothly. 📁
