As an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader, you'll:
🍳 Prepare, cook, and present food to our high standards.
🤝 Support and guide the kitchen team, keeping service smooth, even during busy shifts.
💪 Step up and deputise for the Kitchen Manager when needed.
✅ Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are top-notch.
📊 Monitor stock and keep the kitchen organised for efficiency.
