Key responsibilities

• Supporting the team to deliver everyday moments and stand-out occasions.
• Leading and motivating team members and guests.
• Working with wider pub management team to ensure efficient and profitable business operations.
• Performing opening, closing, stocking, and cashing up duties.
• Being accountable for the smooth running of shifts and managing pub aspects when management is away.
