Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards
  • Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records in line with GDPR
  • Handle basic patient enquiries professionally and appropriately, and assist with appointment scheduling
  • Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas, monitoring and managing stock
