  • Hands-On Care: Under guidance, you'll provide all essential care for the little ones, including helping with washing, changing, and meal times. 🍎🧸
  • Your Little Crew: Become a dedicated "Key Worker" for a small group of children. This means getting to know them, observing their amazing progress, and helping plan their next adventures. ✍️
  • Supporting Every Child: Be there to help meet each child's unique personal and emotional needs, offering comfort and encouragement. 🤗
  • Safety First! You'll be a champion for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, ensuring their safety and happiness always. 🛡️
  • Be in the Know: Understand and follow our nursery's policies and procedures – this is key to our awesome environment! 📜
  • Be Punctual: Get your work done on time, as guided by your Showcase Tutor. ⏰
