- Safe Medication Support: Assist with medication as per care plans and your training. π
- Promoting Mobility: Support individuals to move safely within their homes, following care plans and risk assessments. πΆββοΈ
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain clear and concise care records, reporting any updates or concerns to the team. βοΈ

Key responsibilities
- Support individuals with their day-to-day care needs while promoting their independence, dignity and choice.
- Assist with personal care where required, including washing, dressing, grooming and continence support.

- Support individuals with preparing meals, drinks and maintaining good nutrition and hydration.
