What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Be the Hero: Handle incoming calls about faults and inquiries from our awesome customers. π
- Problem Solver: Respond to basic and routine technical questions about our market-leading business communication products, hardware, software, and more. π€
- Customer Champion: Assist external users with their tech questions, guiding them through issues and finding solutions. β¨
- Diagnostic Genius: Utilize provided systems and diagnostic tools, walking customers through queries and solving problems with your sharp technical skills. π§
- Proactive Protector: Monitor customer products to ensure everything's running smoothly and prevent potential hiccups. π‘οΈ
- Service Superstar: Deliver top-notch customer service every single time. β
Tech Skills (Nice to Have, Not Essential):
- An interest in or willingness to learn Python, Angular, Django, or Node.js. π€
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is a bonus! βοΈ

Key responsibilities
- Dealing with inbound faults and enquiry calls from existing customers
- Responding to basic and routine technical inquiries for products
- Assisting external users of technical products by answering questions and solving problems
- Using systems and diagnostic tools to help solve customer issues
- Proactive monitoring of customer products for health and status
