You'll be the go-to person ensuring Trust HQ runs like a dream, providing a top-notch service to everyone.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the friendly face and voice of Trust HQ! π Greet visitors, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and answer calls with a smile and professionalism. π Some calls might be sensitive, and you'll handle them with care and compassion.
- Become a whizz at office tasks and processes. π»
- Get to know the ins and outs of the Trust β you'll be directing people like a pro! πΊοΈ
- Keep our building secure by managing access and updating important records like our fireboard. π₯
- Help keep our internal directory fresh and accurate. ποΈ
- Provide essential admin support and step in to cover colleagues when needed. π€

The details:
- This is a fixed-term, full-time role (37.5 hours/week). β°
- Working Monday to Friday.
- Based at Trust Headquarters in Lincoln. π

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support.
- Perform general reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage building entry processes, including Smartcard processing.
- Maintain internal telephone directory and fireboard, and cover for absent staff.
Entry requirements
Essential qualifications (Essential GCSE in English and Maths, Grades A-C, Grade 9-4 or equivalent Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages - including Microsoft Office calendar for diary management Desirable Word processing experience)
