Your Day-to-Day Adventure:

As an Apprentice Sales Assistant, you'll be right in the thick of it! 👋 Serve customers with a smile, share our killer Star Buys, and make sure everyone leaves feeling amazing. You'll help keep the store looking fresh and fully stocked, and play a huge part in smashing those store targets. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and never boring – packed with chances to learn and grow! 🌱 We see you as a future Team Leader, and we’ll give you everything you need with brilliant training and real opportunities to progress.

Your Training Journey:

Your training is all in-store for the first 12 months – no boring college days or homework! 📚 By the end, you'll have a discussion about your experiences and a quick observation. You'll have a fantastic support system with your team and tutor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship. 🎉

You're a Perfect Fit If You:

• Have a Grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (National 4s for Scotland) 💯
• Aren't currently in education and can commit to full-time shifts 🏃‍♀️
• HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before 🆕
• Are eligible to work in the UK 🇬🇧
• Are totally new to the world of retail! 🚀
