About the Role:

This is a 3-year journey, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM – no weekend work required! 🎉
What You'll Earn & Work:
- Under 18: Max 39 hours/week, starting salary £16,224 per annum.
- 18+: Max 42.5 hours/week, starting salary £17,860 per annum.
- After Year 1, you'll automatically move to the National Minimum Wage for your age group.
What You'll Be Doing:
As an Apprentice Fitter, you'll become a skilled Plant Mechanic by:
- Learning to service, maintain, and repair all sorts of plant machinery and equipment. 🔧
- Swapping out parts, checking systems, and calibrating tools.
- Gaining core engineering skills with a look at modern tech like electro-hydraulics and computerised control systems. 💻
- Working closely with experienced fitters in a busy workshop to get real-world experience.
What You Need to Apply:
- At least 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or 4 National 4s at passing grade).
- A serious passion for plant machinery and engineering. 🤔
- Super attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great communication skills and a can-do attitude! 💪
- Willingness to learn and grow! 🌱

Key responsibilities
