If you're nodding YES, we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Trainee Property Executive to join our dynamic lettings team. 🤩
No prior estate agency or property experience? No worries! We'll give you all the training, support, and practical experience you need to become a total property pro. 💪
✨ EARN WHILE YOU LEARN ✨
You'll be studying the Level 3 Housing & Property Management programme with Knights Training Academy 🏫 while soaking up valuable experience in our busy lettings department. Over the next 18 months, you'll master the property game from scratch, covering:
- Property viewings & inspections 👀
- Handling customer enquiries & making connections 📞
- Building awesome relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants 🤝
- Mastering negotiations and progressing lets 📈
- Boosting sales and new business development 💡
- All things property administration ✍️
- Understanding property legislation and regulations 📜
- Getting involved with marketing efforts 📣
- Becoming a local property market expert 🗺️

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be 18 or over. ✅
- Minimum Grade 5 in GCSE English and Maths. 📚
- Minimum 112 UCAS Tariff points or an equivalent Level 3 qualification. 🎓
- Full UK driving licence and be a car owner/driver (fuel allowance provided! 🚗💨)
- Live within approximately 30 minutes of EN2. 📍
- A genuine passion for a career in property. ❤️
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. 👍
- A professional, positive attitude and a burning desire to learn. 🔥
- Willing to work Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu. 🗓️
