Apprentice Early Years Educator π
Twinkle Totz Day Nursery is on the hunt for a passionate Apprentice Early Years Educator! If youβve got a genuine love for working with kids, this is your chance to shine and gain your Level 3 qualification. π
Weβre looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in childcare.
- Ideally, a Childcare Level 2 qualification.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Work closely with children aged 0-5, supporting their daily needs like feeding, nappy changes, and toileting. πΌπ½
- Be a stellar team player, ensuring we meet the Early Years Foundation Stage requirements for every child. π€
- Plan, deliver, and support fun, age-appropriate play activities that align with the curriculum and each child's unique needs. π¨π
- Champion the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care. β€οΈ
- Become a "Key Person" for a group of children and their families, building strong bonds. π
- Observe, assess, and record children's learning and developmental progress. π
- Create an amazing, enabling environment that caters to every childβs individual journey. β¨
- Build and nurture positive relationships with parents and carers. π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
- Adhere to and champion Twinkle Totz's policies and procedures. π
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times. π€«
- Attend regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate. ποΈ
- Uphold high standards of health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. π§Ό
- Participate in additional training events and meetings as identified by the Setting Manager. π
- Liaise and partner with external agencies when needed to best support our children. π
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Setting Manager.
