Assembly Technician 🛠️

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in bringing our products to life! We're looking for motivated individuals to support our assembly operations, working with a variety of mechanical components, brackets, panels, fasteners, wiring, and basic electrical sub-assemblies. You'll be involved in final fit-up operations, ensuring everything comes together perfectly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with assembly tasks involving mechanical components, brackets, panels, fasteners, wiring, and basic electrical sub-assemblies.
  • Performing final fit-up operations on our products.
  • Safely and correctly using hand tools and simple production equipment. Don't hesitate to ask questions if parts, tools, or instructions are unclear – we're here to help! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️
  • Following work instructions, drawings, and inspection requirements to ensure high-quality production right from the start.
  • Identifying and promptly reporting any obvious defects, damage, shortages, or process issues to your supervisor or trainer. 🧐
  • Working safely at all times by adhering to risk assessments, wearing required PPE, operating machine controls correctly, and following all company safety procedures. 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️
  • Collaborating positively with Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and other teams to support delivery, quality, and excellent customer service. 🤝
