What you'll be doing:
✅ Safely managing, ordering, receiving, and dispensing medicines and pharmaceutical products with precision.
✅ Providing top-notch, person-centred advice to patients on their prescriptions and over-the-counter needs, knowing when to call in the pros.
✅ Keeping the pharmacy running smoothly day-to-day, from managing stock to upholding essential business processes.
✅ As you grow, you'll get the chance to supervise and support other pharmacy staff. 👋
✅ Helping to train and mentor new team members as they join us.
✅ Maintaining super high standards by conducting audits, evaluating our services, and acting on feedback.
Your qualification journey:
This is a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship – that’s like getting your A-levels while you earn! 🎓 You'll learn through a cool mix of on-the-job training and dedicated study. Once you're done, you'll be ready to register with the GPhC.

Key responsibilities
- Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately
- Providing person‑centred advice to patients on prescription and over‑the‑counter medicines, referring to healthcare professionals where appropriate
- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the pharmacy, including business processes, stock control and clinical governance
- Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress in the role
- Assisting with training and mentoring new members of staff
