Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• Work-Based Learning: No college required! Our apprenticeships are delivered on the job, with face-to-face sessions and remote calls with your Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You'll also have a dedicated mentor in the workplace. 🧑‍🏫
• Functional Skills: Get support with English and Maths (if needed) to level up your skills. 📚
• Regular Reviews: We’ll check in every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your coach to track your progress and provide feedback. 💯

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
