What You'll Be Doing:

• Joining a dynamic team to plan, watch, and improve awesome activities for little ones aged birth to around five. 🧸
• Taking charge of the care and education for children in your room, acting as their key person. 🔑
• Helping to create a super stimulating and fitting environment, from layout and resources to displays and making sure everyone feels included. 🌈
• Assisting with important daily, weekly, and monthly checks around the nursery. ✅
• Your top priority: ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in your care, 24/7. 💖
• Working with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework. 📚
• Supporting our qualified staff with everyday nursery routines. 🏃‍♀️
• Learning the ropes of being a nursery nurse through practical, on-the-job training as part of our team. 🛠️
• Discovering how to deliver top-notch childcare for our amazing children. 💯
• Grasping the importance of keeping everyone safe and understanding your crucial role in that. 🛡️
• Always working under supervision with the children. 🤝
• Developing a solid understanding of child development and why it's key to great care. 🧠
• Contributing to and completing children's observations and records as needed. 📝
