Are you looking for a dynamic role where you can make a real impact? We're seeking a super-organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team! You'll be the go-to person for all things admin, ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine. βοΈ
What you'll be doing:
- Front of House: Answering calls, managing emails and post, greeting visitors, clients, and handling deliveries. πβοΈπ¦
- Director Support: Providing essential admin support to our Managing Director, Construction Director, Residential Construction Director, Operations Director, Finance Director, Business Operations Manager, and other team members as needed. π§βπΌπ©βπΌ
- Plant & Fleet Management: Helping the Plant Manager keep our plant and vehicle maintenance logs shipshape. ππ
- Health & Safety Admin: Supporting our Health & Safety Managers with their administrative tasks. π‘οΈ
- Training Coordination: Organizing training sessions and maintaining accurate records. π
- Stock Management: Ordering and keeping track of stationery, PPE, workwear, and other essential supplies. ποΈπ§°
- Annual Testing: Coordinating annual testing at Head Office. π
- Equipment Upkeep: Ensuring our office equipment is in top condition. π»
- Site Coordination: Producing delivery instructions for sites as requested by site/project managers. ποΈ
- Employee Perks: Organizing the annual Christmas wine, planning company events, and arranging birthday gifts/cards for staff. πππ·
- Document Handling: Printing, copying, and laminating drawings for both the office and site. π
- Team Player: Providing cover for any team member absence and stepping up for other duties as business needs arise. π€
