Your Mission:

• Assist key persons in building strong connections with children and their families. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• As you grow in confidence, you'll take responsibility for a small group of children with ongoing support. 🚀

• Act as a positive role model, showcasing high-quality practice in all your interactions with children. 🌟
• Share responsibility with the Nursery Management Team for the safety and security of everyone on-site. 🛡️
• Adhere strictly to safeguarding procedures, following Local Authority and Company guidelines. ✅
• Support the Nursery Management Team in our journey to achieve an 'outstanding' Ofsted rating! 🏆

Key responsibilities

• Care for children and maintain a high quality, stimulating learning environment.
• Promote the health, safety, and well-being of children.
• Support children’s development, learning, and play.
• Support key persons and, once confident, take responsibility for a small cohort of children.
• Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
